Logitech G933 Unpairing, microphone not working anymore.

Hello,

so since 1 week my G933's microphone isn't working anymore and my headset is unpairing (but working) from the software and I can't use the profiles I made. I would like to know why my microphone isn't working and how I could pair my headset to the software again. ( I tried the pairing thing they ask you to do on their website but it didn't change anything For the microphone, I've enabled the ''listen this device'' in the windows settings and when I pull it up or down, I can see it detects some activity but when it's pulled down, it doesnt' detect my voice at all. I've disabled the ''Automatic noise removal'' or something like that in the logitech software and it didn't fix anything at all.. I uninstalled skype preview, still nothing. I'm really tired of this x)


I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
