Apple won't let OpenOffice install

HI,

I just upgraded to OpenOffice 4.1.5 after using previous versions for years. Apple won't let me open the app saying it is from an unrecognized developer.I've been working on a doc in 4.1.1 and now can't retrieve it.

Please help.

I did not find the right solution from the internet.
