Is this shirt a little too much for my profession?

Hi,

I'm in the financial services industry, where it's all suit and tie, and generally conservative when it comes to color, style, pattern, etc.

Recently, I've been looking to add a shirt to my wardrobe that is a little more expressive, something that I can wear on weekends, maybe without a tie, but still perfectly presentable with one as well.

And I came across this shirt, and I like it quite a bit, I don't have any green shirt, and I think teal is definitely less tacky and more professional than medium or dark green.



So my question is,
1) Is that a little too much in terms of color and pattern, considering my career?
2) If it's acceptable, what kind of ties would go well with it? I'm thinking navy would be good, maybe with more subtle pattern.
Please help.
