Hi.
I've been using stabilized running shoes for several years. From Asics to Nike I always felt good with them.
I was offered a pair of Nike Pegasus 33 (Neutral) and to be honest, ever since I started running with them I have felt small uncomfortable annoying "pain" in my knees or my IT band.
Could this be caused by going from Stabilized to Neutral shoes? Or am I "seeing" things? :-)
I have read people defending stabilized if you're a pronator but also people defending that your body adapted to that so you should not go against it and should stick with neutral shoes.
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
